We have a team of trainers who are available to train your staff as and when required. Whether you are having a new installation or you are looking for a refresher course to ensure you get the most out of NPoS, We have a course for you.
There are a variety of methods in which training can take place:
- On Site (at your site) training
- Classroom based training
- Internet based training
The training will take into account the different groups of staff you may have, management, cashiers, supervisors and store managers and training will be tailored to their requirements. This training normally takes place immediately after the installation.
We deem training to be extremely important. Not only does this make the transition to using NPoS much more comfortable for you and your staff but quality training is proven to ensure that you gain maximum benefit from the solution for your business.
After your POS system has been installed, Nisyst will be available for future training, any start up issues and for any help and guidance that is needed to get the most out of your EPoS system.
