Purchase ordering

To raise a purchase order, input the products you wish to order onto the screen. When you select a product, the current pack size, costs and stock levels are displayed, and you simply select the amount you want to order. Also displayed is the purchase history, showing the cost of previous purchases so you can analyse sales trends or view the stock in a matrix format. If you wish, NPoS will create a suggested purchase order based on the parameters you set. You can amend this order or print it out as it is, then either fax, e-mail or post it to the supplier. You can also compare prices of different suppliers.
