Management tools

Reports and analysis are actioned from the reports option on the main menu. There is a vast range of reports available, broken down into the following categories: products, sales, purchases, VAT analysis, stocks, hire, and account customers.

These options have further menu structures to easily navigate the user through a multitude of reports. Reports criteria selections have been designed to require minimum user input. Most require simple mouse clicks on the relevant options. Once you have made your selection on this screen, you will be asked to enter the dates for your report.

The NPoS "Dashboard" display presents accurate sales and margin information as graphs and charts, at the click of a button, in a format which is quickly and easily understood. This innovative presentation format - a first in EPoS systems - allows management to make rapid and informed decisions without having to wait for reports and then work through hundreds of figures.
